2015 Area Auditions
January 9^th, 2015

Friday

11:40              Bus Picks up TCHS Students

11:46              Report to Band Hall after 5^th Period
12:00              Bus Picks up CHS Students
2:00                Estimate Bathroom Stop
3:30                Arrive at hotel in Abilene.
5:30                Leave for Dinner

9:00                Arrive back at hotel

Saturday
6:30 am          Wakeup Call.  Eat at Hotel.  We will not be coming back to the hotel.
7:30                Leave for Abilene Christian University
8:00                Arrive @ ACU
We will have a central meeting place in the music building.  Each of                                                  the auditions takes place at various buildings and campus.  In all cases, take all valuables with you, and don’t assume that your belongings will be watched all day.  Your luggage will be fine and secured underneath the buses.

4:00pm          We hope to be finished with the last person by this time.  We will stop and get fast food on the bus on the way back.
6:30                Arrive back @ CHS

-Remember that you represent CHS.
-Remember to bring all music and instruments.
-You may want to bring a pillow, book, iPod, and homework.
